ABC Takeover Melbourne Competition
Early this year, I was given an opportunity to participate in the 'Takeover Melbourne' competition run by the ABC. The competition aims to give young people a platform to have their voices heard. Entries had to be a real story about an aspect of your life - this could be something that's played an important role in your life, a challenge you've faced, a message you'd like to share, etc. I decided to talk about something that's been an important part of my life and later this year, I was fortunate enough to be selected a winner.

I got to work with an audio producer from the ABC who made my story come to life. Now, I look forward to embracing the opportunities ahead, such as learning valuable leadership skills, meeting new people, and being part of mentorship programs.
