Holi Festival 2023

On March 7th, the Mac.Rob Student Representative Council celebrated the Holi Festival with our Mac.Rob community! A day full of lots of colour, bright smiles, and where many had lots of fun! With music flooding the Halls in the theme of Holi, students made their way to the various activities offered by SRC.

During lunch the Mac.Rob community celebrated the Holi Festival with Henna and student led performances. With the help of 20 phenomenal students volunteering to be our Henna artists, many students walked away with such beautiful Henna designs on their hand. Such good vibes were kept high with the wonderful performances ranging from singing to dance, and everything in-between! All of you are such talented individuals and we hope that you had a great time celebrating the Holi Festival with us.

Our celebrations didn’t end there. After school we had a blast with many students with colour throwing! We are sure that we can unanimously agree that it was so much fun throwing the Holi powder with friends, and such a great way to end the day with Holi festivities.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the students who have volunteered to help us behind the scenes, to be our Henna artists, performers and to all the students who participated in activities throughout the day! We hope you enjoyed celebrating the Holi Festival as much as we did!
